For incorporated businesses, all employees can participate in the plan. The administer works with our advisors to develop custom plans for each employee type and position if desired.
Solo professional corporations are also eligible for HSAs! You just need to ensure that you are considered an employee of the corporation. This can be done if you receive part of your compensation as salary or if you receive a T4. The advisor will work with you to customize a plan that ensures CRA compliance.
